  Application :

The SWIR (Short Wave Infrared) camera can be used when the visible light is difficult or impossible to use.

SWIR cameras show clearer images in environments such as fog, dust, smoke, smog and sea fog, certain materials (e.g., silicon) appear transparent, and images through glass that are not possible on LWIR and MWIR infrared cameras.

The image shown on the Daylight optical camera can be easily determined using the SWIR camera.

General Description

The SWIR Video core is a high sensitivity low SWaP InGaAs Imager specially designed to be used as a Low Light Level sensor in man portable hand held binoculars,"see spot" devices or as a replacement for any GEN2 Image Intensifier application. The SWIR comes with new low SWaP-C detector package with a 15μm pitch InGaAs FPA coupled to SNIR ROIC. This SWIR Video core introduces a top-notch solution for the wide range of military and commercial
